Salmon are iconic of the Pacific Northwest where the tribes, fisher folk, and all those concerned have been working for many years to improve the rivers and stream to provide quality habitat for these glorious fishes. This work is a tribute to the fish and the folks who toil, each in their own way to maintain this cultural heritage that so many of us respect and enjoy. The collage is eleven inches square and is adhered to an underlay, textured mat.
